Frequently asked questions
How much space and power do you need?
A roughly 8×8 ft. footprint and a standard wall outlet within 25 ft. covers it. Let us know your venue and we'll flag anything unusual ahead of time.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — we require a 20% deposit to secure your date, which goes toward your total booking amount.
Can we customize the overlay and backdrop?
Every booking includes a custom photo overlay — send your colors, monogram, or logo and we'll design it with you before the event. Backdrop choice is included as well.
How far in advance should we book?
Popular wedding dates (especially summer weekends) book out months ahead. Reach out as soon as you have a venue and date, and we'll confirm availability quickly.
What's your travel range?
We regularly serve Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, Issaquah, Renton, Kent, and Tacoma. Outside that range, just ask — travel is often still possible.
